Prisoners wont work/ join programs [BUG] [Prison Architect]

So, i started the game up today after not playing for a while. i noticed that no prisoners show interest in the programs, even though i get the notifications that they do. the "interested" number stays 0 on everything, even if i start up a prison with many prisoners. after that, i noticed that no prisoners start working or get assigned to a job. now many of my rooms dont work because of these issues. i have tried adjusting random settings and puting them back, restarting the game many times, but it wont work. anyone else have this issue?

I had a similar issue with my inmates, they would join reform programs but none of them would go work, most of them would just walk around for fun. Don’t know if there’s a fix.

I don't know if this is a bug (hopefully not as there will be no more patches for this game!) or what, but if you attach an affected save file here the gameplay experts can look into it.

You'll need to zip up that .prison file to attach it here.

I'm having the same issue, iv verified game files, made new prison and reinstalled with no luck, im also having no visitation and prisoners just staying in their cells not doing anything.
