First I'll attach my initial message from the Steam Discussion Board:
At the time I thought it might have been a Boiling Point issue, but it was pointed out to me that I'm not the first to find hygiene needs raising to considerable levels by the morning and Prisoners reacting violently upon not being able to immediately meet those needs. Save file attached.
So, I am at a loss as how best to stabilize my current prison. My Medium Security wing is made up of Dormitories, four prisoners each, and every morning as soon as they wake up they begin to kick off in their rooms. This 'eventually' calms down, but I'm routinely sending forty or so people into solitary because of it, our of a total Medium Sec. Pop. of around (192). No idea what the cause could be as I've provided them with everything possible and to a generous degree, every type of room and service is accounted for. I mention the 'Boiling Point' though because it mentions that I have hundreds of Prisoners who are unhappy with their room quality or have unmet needs, but that doesn't match up with the prison itself. The Dormitories for example are rated at (7/10) or higher, and I've more or less maxed out the quality of every applicable room in Medium Sec. Also every 'Need' is being met as well as it possibly could be; the only exception is hygiene which reaches critical levels in the morning, but I have never had that cripple a Sec. wing like this before, the Dorms each have a shower of their own and plenty of time to use them... it just doesn't make a lot of sense. I will admit that I have Dynamic Reputations 'On', but only a handful of these prisoners are Volatile. Anyone have any ideas what the cause might be?
