Probable minor error in scenarios/1936/bel_36

Unless the airfield in Antwerp was under construction in 1936, I'm guessing this is an error.

I always assumed this to be intended.

I honestly don't know. It just makes little sense unless the airfield(s) at Antwerp were under construction in 1936.

It is equivalent to deploying 6 new airbases at the start of the campaign.

It could also make sense if the airbase was partly out of action.

Ah yes, that's a good point. After trying to find some information on Antwerp's airport, I found no mention of any development of it in 1936
