Problem - Added Geometry when trying to Import as a Park or some types of buidlings

Ok so I fixed my slant problem that I had earlier but now when I'm trying to Import my object as a Park under the building category I get these extra faces to my object. As you can see in the top image if I import as a building normally it should look like this. Then below you can see when I click the Park Icon and try importing as any type of park I get the extra stuff attached. Additionally I tested out some other buildings and the Metro Station plus all the different Industry, Commercial and Residential Plot types are messing up as well. Most of the other buildings seem fine though and work normally like they should.

I tried seeing if this was related to my object but as you can see in the last image I have a cube with a different color on each side but it's doing the same thing when trying to import as a park making me believe this has something to do with the editor.

Does anyone know what could be happening?

So I decided to restart my game to see if it would fix my problem, and it got even worse... check out the object now...
