Problem running core!!!

installed HOI
patched 1.05
patched 1.05c

It says trying "to copy db ........" the system can´t find the file db/province.bak.csv

Anyone knows how can i fix this problem??

Did you install, before CORE, the last picture pack?

Did you specified during the installation the right Heart of Iron folder?

It seems to me an installation error, so try to re-install it.
