Problem starting the game

Just purchased and when trying to start the game just hangs on the tutorial screen, the mouse freezes within the game and all i am able to do is cntrl, alt del to get out of it, uninstalled and reinstalled but no success

What are your system specs? Graphic card, memory, CPU, Windows or Mac?
