Problem with adding cores

I've been making my own mod and I seem to have a problem with adding cores. Everything else is working just fine except this...

I dont think you can add two cores at that positon in the province file.

You can get around this by adding it using the date systm below this.

ie

470.1.1 = { add_core = ROM }

Then it will have two cores at the start of the game
