Problem with custom planning

After a custom planning accept, i received the money instead of paying for it. Had someone same Problem?

I tryied to reinstall the game, no resoults.

I got Windows 10 x64, game is running on steam.

I played yesterday (or maby day after yesterday) and everything was OK.

Sugestions?

Nobody even reply to my Topic. Its really shame on Paradox and this game. I also use only Custom Planing and for me this game is over.

Same here. Tested it directly (I dont use that tool normaly) and get rich. :-D
