Dear player community,
Previously, you could convert, edit and re-encrypt .locale files. Now it appears that these are placed behind a second protection: .cid files.
Does anyone have a conversion and editing program for this so that the game will be accessible in more languages?
I understand that Paradox cannot support all the languages in the world, but it would be nice if they at least provide the tools to edit the language files.
Because what happens now is that volunteers have translated the game, but run into an additional layer of protection that didn't exist before.
Thanks in advance.
