Problem with EU3

Hello, yesterday, I buy the europa universalis 3: chronicles and I register in My Games, but when i try to write in the EU3 forum in non-english forum it says that i cant write here because i haven't got the game, and the similar thing in the game, when i try to enter in the metaserver...

The metaserver thing may be a checksum problem, post in the EU3 tech support forum. No idea about the non-English forum, sorry, I thought anyone could post in there. Maybe there's a delay.
