So I started at the Ninepenny Kings bookmark and a few days in I get a message that the Seven's holy orders have been restored, meaning that the faith went back to Medium authority. This was at the behest of the High Septon, not the king, and he did it without the votes because he was technically independent. While low authority remained after the mega war ended I didn't see any message about the holy orders being shut down again. Something is definitely wrong if the High Septon can unilaterally raise FA anytime a megawar happens.
