Problem with Holland

HoI 2 ver. 1.3b following instructions directly from forums on installing. I did a complete reinstall of HoI2 under a week ago.

WinXP P4 3.1 GHz, 512MB RAM, 122G free.
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator, 512MB
DirectX 9.0

Playing as Japan, I just finished taking the last Netherlands VP province. Germany had taken the European territories recently as well. I clicked on Diplomacy, and Annex was of course now an option.

After staring at a black screen, the program had to be cntl-alt-delete killed to return to Windows.

This repeats 100% of the time.

If it is reproducible then it should be reported as a bug, following the instructions laid out in the Sticky thread on the subject.

Are all the Dutch territories taken? Surinam and the Dutch West Indies too?

All the victory point provinces were occupied, which is what you need to annex.. I checked using VP mode. The only unoccupied Dutch provinces were the ones off S. America. I'll send the email today.
