Can’t find industrial road

Steps to reproduce​

I wanted to build an industrial zone but there is no industrial road!

Description​

Hello! I have found an issue where there is no industrial road. Idk if it is a bug or a glitch or if the latest update removed industrial roads. No DLCs downloaded.

Industrial Roads came with Industries DLC. I do not normally use them.
I use the narrow Small Four-Lane Road. It saves space, allows trucks to access both sides of the road saving trucks from looping around on roads that deny access to both sides. I also do not use one way roads in Industrial areas. They make trucks loop around an industrial build unnecessarily. Trucks some times have multiple stops, it is better to let them have full access. It reduces traffic.

DLC's are additional optional content that need to be purchased in addition to the game. For my PS4 , I purchase a card for the PlayStation Store for the amount I need. Enter the card code in the store so I can then purchase the DLC. Once purchased it is necessary to download the content. Then the downloaded content needs to be installed. Your new content should then show up in the game under the appropriate tab. You showed the correct location in your screenshot. I like the roads as bridges, be sure to try them out. Good luck.

But where should the industrial roads be if they are not in the location of the screenshot?

If you do not own the DLC that provides Industrial Roads, as it seems, then they are not anywhere in your menus.

Players can customize their industrial areas with supply chains for the four different resource types and unique factories. Well managed industry areas will level up and become more efficient. Aside from production chains, there is a new city service for handling mail and the cargo airport eases...

You know you can use Google translate and use a money converter

I believe your PS system should tell you the price in what ever region/language you selected. Mine is set for English/USA. Works fine. Start a transaction but do not finish to see how much tax will be added so you can get the right amount if are a going to buy a PS card. Or use a credit card.
