Problem with offmap production. plz help me

Hi.
As said in the titel i have a problem with the offmap production. "event peacetime production". the problem now is i like to play with smaller countries like greece or yugoslavia. and when i declare war on another nation i get this event " peacetime production " so when i m at war i get like -30 gold per day of offmap production. so after few days i cant pay the tech teams and cant invent new technologys. I hope u understand my problem and try to help me.
is there anything i can do???

i would love to play again so i need your answer as fast as possible.

hey perhaps u dont understand the problem
perhaps its a problem only in "stony road". u know when i m at war with a smaller country i get -30 dollar per round or something so i cant pay tech salary.
i need ur help!!!!

Yup. We can only offer support for a vanilla installation. For problems with mods, you need to contact the maker of the mod.
