Problem with v1.02 Patch

I bought HoI2 in Spain.
My XP version is in Portuguese.
When I instal the game, the Instal Shield always puts it in a folder with the name Victoria. (I never had Victoria previously intaled !!!)
Even tough the game has been working normaly, I can't install the v1.02 patch because I get the report: "HOI2 is not instaled..."
What may be hapening ?
I've already unistaled the game several times and tried to rename the folder to: "Hearts of Iron 2"
I searched the regestry but HOI2 is instaled in a Folder called Paradox../ Victoria/....
Changing the regestry name wasn't hepfull either.

This is a problem with product purchased out of region.

First wipe the game from your system, there are instructions in the sticky thread.
Then, try setting your all your language settings to English (UK).
Then install from CD, then try installing the patch, then you can set your language settings back to normal.
