A Problem

It seems that I have lost several of my battles where i had a hugh fleet compared to my opponent. when i say hugh i mean for ex. 52 battle ships and 5 transports vs 2 battle ships and there could not have been a major deference in tech. HOW CAN I LOOSE WITH THAT ODDS!!!!!
I didnt loose a lot of ships but still, victory points and the hole war will be affected and so will my mood. Is there UFOs involved or does the wind mean everything. If this is not a bug perhaps the rules should be changed a bit in your next patch.

You just dont know how many admirals i have had to fire just to keep the monach happy

On Galleys and naval battle

Are Galleys worth getting? As turkey, i have huge (+100) fleets of Galleys with a few (3-5) warships as accompany. I seem to win and lose when i should (if enemy has large # of warships, etc) then a lose, but if i attack a smaller fleet i win. Also, playing as West European nations (port., spain, fra., eng.) I cant build galleys, why is that? I kinda like them actually.

um...

what exactly.. or how do you conduct 'navel' combat? When I was a kid I would see stuff in my navel, but I would just pull it out. Is that stuff actually engaging in combat? :)
