Hello there, i am trying to figure out how to get a model with bones working in a mod i am trying to make.
I got it working fine without any bones and you can see the model in the game, but when i try to do it with bones added things go crazy and i don't really understand what i am doing wrong, or rather what i am actually supposed to do.

What i tried was copying the bone structure from a working model and adjust the bone positions to fit the model like in this picture. https://i.imgur.com/AO8A2W1.jpg

Then i tried combining the bones with the model and could move them and see the model move with them so it should work, but when i looked on JoroDox preview it looked like this: https://i.imgur.com/n6AqeeX.jpg
Not only does the model lie flat on the ground it also has the wrong bones(looks like some ck2 default bone set)

I would be happy if anyone could help me out here.
