Problems with Austria

Hello, I´m a new forum user.

I´m currently in a battle against Austria, the war is declared. I can enter my troops in all enemy provinces except Austria and Silesia...is a bug? or what happens?

You may not have enough troops to siege the province. IIRC, you must have 10k troops per level of fortification, or something like that.

About 5K per fortress level actually. Very likely they just have bigger forts there.
