Problems with IGC?

Is there problems playing IGC? I'm asking, 'cause my friend said, that you'll have to install all the former scenarios again... Any other problems?

Can I play my old saved games with EU v. 1.09 ?
And how can I get that shield below my name?

To get a shield click the following buttons

profile/edit options/change avatar (at botton of screen)

You mean that User options button? I can't access it, my computer says that I don't have the rights!

I think the "Profile" button now reads "User CP." It's the left-most button in the string at the upper right of the screen.
