Some time ago I used King Arthur on older ATI card (48xx) and it worked ok. When I tried to install it on different computer with NVIDIA card it said it cannot detect PhysX and should it install it. I was a bit surprised as it come preinstalled but I thought it might be 64 vs. 32 bits or similar issue. When I clicked yes it said that installed couldn't be executed. Installing PhysX driver (136.53) from NVIDIA website did not solved the issue. Any ideas how to solve the issue?

PS. Sorry if it is not correct forum but I could not find technical support one as instructed on website.

I have the same problem. If you go into the window control panel, you can uninstall nvidia physx. After that, go into your King Arthur directory, find the install utilities directory (contains Directx, Physx and another one), and reinstall phsx using the file there.

Now go play King Arthur!

The problem after that is that many newer games will want to update physx to run and then you will have to go through the process all over again to play King Arthur. I suppose you could only play K.A. until completion and then update to enable the rest of your game library, but I would prefer a real fix.

EDIT: Ha! I just realized how old this post is. I never would have guessed I was practicing thread necro, being on the front page. Anyway, maybe someone else will get some benefit from it.
