Problems with synchronization

I try to play with friend but we just can't stick to the same date. Everyone except host always lags behind host's date. And this gap just keeps increasing.
Even ventrilo starts to lag.
We experienced the same thing before when we played EU2.
It doesn't happen all the time. Sometimes it works just like it should but next time it drives uz crazy.

I believe there's no problem with connection. It's just when we start MP session it all f.cks up.

We play via LAN (hamachi) cause if we try to connect to each others' games through lobby or I try to connect to host through internet it can't find the game (check router, firewall, etc....) I don't have static IP.

There may be problem with hamachi I don't know. You can't really trust a thing that's free

1) hamachi is problematic with hoi - actually its hoi is problematic with everything thats availabe. Try to forward your ports so that you can join the game via vnet.
2) dont use ventrilo and other such stuff (skype irc) esp with hamachi
3) play at slower speeds
4) make sure that the host has a static ip, a good processor and no shit in the background like ventrilo or other leaking programs
