So my uncle, my brother, and I are playing a game and well long story short I'm using Germany and my manpower is so low that it has stayed on 0 for three months now. My question is how am I to get this little problem fixed. I'm not doing anything, my production is put at zero, my partisans is bare minimum, the only thing is that my transport capacity is 906/775. I thought it would be easy to fix as this little thing has a little explanation on it but it doesn't help me at all. My redeployment is 506, my fuel and supplies is 304. How do i get these things to go down.

For the manpower problem :
- Put Busch as minister of secutiry. He gives you +10% MP.
- If you're past 42, you can get a chieff of staff (i neveer remember his name) who gives you +25% MP.

After that you can avoid attacking when you have low org or not total superiority over your ennemy.

For the TC problem :
- You can search technologies (in the "infantry" branch) who gives you 10% more TC in 1940, and another 10% in 1942.
- Also, you have to avoid having any airbases/naval bases/troops non deployed. They eat a lot of TC. The "redeployement pool".
- The "strategic redeployement" also eat TC. But it saves you oil.
- You can build IC, but if you're at war.....it may be not useful.
- You can go towards Central planning. It will give you +15pc IC (and then TC) the 2nd year, +20% the 3rd year and +25pc the 4th year.

Ignore the stuff you know.....
You pay MP when you start to build a unit, you may try canceling a few to get some back. Although you may have seen this check reinforcements, that directly uses your MP. If you have alot of half strength air and land units this will be very high. With an almost destroyed unit, your essentially re-paying the whole MP cost but the unit is already on the map (always better to reinforce than to build new).
If your in trouble you may try MIL to fill the gaps, there's even a land tech that speeds their production.
