Hello there dear Devs,
I have a suggestion, which altough seems cosmetic, I'm positive that it will bring wonders in terms of the feeling of alien atmosphere and environment. Namely procedurally generated alien monsters. Yes hopperhounds and giant beetles are fun, but what if we were to explore an alien world full of "unique" procedurally generated aliens? I am quick to specify that in terms of balance, the unit stats may be just a template, used by the procedurally generated skin of the unit. Thus the PG monsters will be just a handful of basic alien units, which will bring a much needed fauna (and flora) variety in the vast bestiarity of the game.
I understand that this would be the last thing on the "to do" list, but a sci fi fan can still dream of it! :) (who is also a huge fan of your game!) I would love to be in a world where giant green blobs jump on top of me, just like the hopperhounds, and three headed snake-potato monsters shoot their bile of poison, just like the giant beetle. It seems like a cosmetic touch, but it is actually much more. It will bring an excitement for exploration, of the wonderful universe you have created. Of course at a later, later stage, years from now. It will be an innovation, which I am willing to support, and I am sure others will as well.

Kind Regards!
