Production and Tech Sliders

downloaded new patch 1.06
after starting the game can't get the Production or Tech Sliders
to work properly...

Both of them will show 0 IC's needed on the Main Screen
When you go to the Production Screen or Tech Screen
it shows you what you need IC wise and actual...

Is this a bug or something wrong with the patch I downloaded..

Maybe I should of posted this thread somewhere else?

I would appreciate it if someone would let me know...

fixed the problem

Must have been a bad download...
I redid everything... downloaded fresh HOI
1.05 patch... 1.05c patch and new 1.06..
and everything works fine...
