I saved and reloaded a game as Germany and quickly found out that my POP wasn't collected anything from RGO's and nothing was to be found on the WM.
When a loaded a autosave everything was okay.
Anoter problem after reloading has also been that craftmen and clerks hass been auto assigned despite the option isn't activaded. I don't use that option.
This problem has occured on several occations.
I use version 1.03b with VIP 1.02b.
