Profil option allowing us to see our own posts

I would like being able to see the post I personally created on my profil page. It would be particularly useful to personally avoid making duplicate posts on old bugs. Hopefully this post isn't a duplicate itself, I did a quick search and found nothing.

1. Click on your avatar and select "Your content" from the list of option.

2. Click on your username and click the number under messages.
