After years of "production hell," I'm finally able to release the Beta version the Balkans scenario! The scenario is fully playable, but there might be a few bugs to fix, plus there's some additional content I'd like to add. In particular, I'm planning to completely rework the Greek leader file... I'd really appreciate any feedback or suggestions you might have to help me better balance the scenario, and improve the rest of Project Italy as well! Thanks!

I tried looking with a quick Google, but all I could find was the Horthy declaration from that time. Mostly academic papers on how the friendship treaty with Yugoslavia, signed not long before, was broken...
