Yeah, generally when something has been given the name 'project...' it has been a new game IIRC. But the name RedWhiteBlue might have nothing whatsoever to do with the type of game it is.
I imagine the staff get great enjoyment out of watching us speculate though.
HoI3 was Project Mayhem, so it needn't be a fully "new" game.

Me too, but if it's out-house, then this (most probably) isn't a Clausewitz game.
Hard to say. If it's designed in house, it might be. On balance of probabllity you are probably right, but I wouldn't say it's definitely not.
