Hello

I've installed the vv 2.32 patch and have no province names, instead there are PROV(number). The original vae victis was installed in polish language - is this the problem and I have to reinstall it with english settings, or is there another option?

Yes, that is the problem. Only English and German are supported in 2.32c, I'm afraid.

You don't need to reinstall, just edit settings.txt with Notepad and change the language to l_english

Ah, in that case the patch installation went badly, and you will have to do a full reinstall, sorry.

First move any valued save games elsewhere. Then uninstall both games, and then manually delete the game directory - this is important. Reinstall Rome - choose a new directory like c:\games\rome instead of the suggested path. Then install VV over Rome (ie in the same directory), then apply the 2.3.2 patch over that same directory.

BTW please register your copy of VV here, thanks.

Thank you again, it works now great.

I'm afraid I can't register VV, though I've tried - I've bought a version which registers only main game, and same is for EU III and both expansions - somehow Napoleonic Ambitions don't register and I don't have a separate cd key for NA or VV, sadly... I've sent mail to the EU distributor in Poland regarding this problem, maybe they can fix it.

Yes, they will have to supply you with the right codes (which they in turn get from Paradox).

But it isn't CD keys you want, it's forum registration keys, which Paradox will give them for the asking. Mail them back.

If they don't have them, as they say, it's because they haven't asked Paradox for them - really, that's all they have to do.

Who is this distributor?
