Prussian mechanics not updated

Description​

As I click the two missions to update the prussian government mechanics, on the government tab it freezes the progress bar and the button. They are not clickable, not hoverable. It seems that the effect is still there in the background. Solved by changing out and back to Prussian monarchy

Play as brandenburg, prussia, do the missions that update the government mechanic
