(PS 4) Game is crashing way too often

I had Cities Skylines for PS4 since the release (august 2017 if i remember straight) and since then i had the game crashing on me maybe two times.

But ever since version 5.00 (Mass Transit) game tend to start crashing as soon as i go past 10,000 citizens and it does so often that i already experienced 10-15 crashes in just few days of playing Mass Transit :(

Do you experience the same?

Yup same problem, already tried all the ideas to fix this but no luck there seem to be a bug in the game causing the crash. I sended areport with every crash on PS4 so lets hope it gets fixex

Same problem for me and I tried to reinstall the game completely and properly but it didn't change anything : crashed so manyyyyyyy times!!
But 2 days ago I tried something else, another tip that I found on the net : to leave more space on the hard drive. I had a 2To on my PS4 with 265Go left and now, after few games deleted, nearly about 500Go and it seems that the game crashes less often... I send reports to the PS4 support with every crash too, hope a solution will be found because sometimes I can even play more than 3 minutes!! Soooo annoying!

That has nothing to do withit, i have more then 2 TB left on space on the external drive the game is installed on, and close to 1tb left on the internal drive and it still crashes

I think Mass Transit is the problem before It was not crashed, same problem here :(

I tried to clear the cache and rebuild the database as suggested above, however, that did not help :(
Game is still crashing very randomly, sometimes even after just 2 minutes into the game.
 
Maps have no impact i guess. It is totally random. Last night it happened on Shady Strands, and at the begining of the post it happened on Snowfall maps.

The only culprit i could find it happens often when it's raining and game tries to autosave, but thats a long shot I still have haven't confirm.
 
I disabled the autosave, restored the database, reinstalled the game, initialized the ps4 and the same problem. Before the MT expansion i had a city of 120K and I never had a problem.
 
Many crash fixes in the new patch! But you may need to start a new city to get the benefit, I'm not sure.
