I went for genetic ascension and my pops all had erudite, robust, fertile, deviants, and fleeting. Now i have a neighbour that went synth ascension and because of a migration treaty, I had some of my genetic ascension pops move in with cybernetic implants. So I applied the template to my other pops, but after that I saw that having the cybernetic trait took away the erudite trait from all my leaders.
