PS4 camera bug

Hi,
I'm experiencing this weird camera bug on PS4 that makes me unable to get a more birds eye view with the camera. It happened just I panned with the camera and I've tried to save and load a few times with the same result.

I took a video of it right after loading the save that I attached to the post.

It makes for some interesting spectacles, but it's not very easy to play this way.

This information should be in the options-menu screen where the controls are listed if anyone from paradox see this!

If you go to the encyclopedia and review the hints it tells you how to do it in the camera control hint. I can definitely understand missing it initially with how small the hint text size is.
