PS4 edition pedestrian areas bugged

Since downloading the free update, my pedestrian areas are seeing severely reduced cim ped traffic. Any ped roads that do not have a transit station on them are almost deserted. This is causing all commercial buildings on ped roads to suffer from the 'not enough customers' issue, and eventually abandon. I have not struggled with 'not enough customers' since the very beginning of the city.

Same problem on Xbox Series S, Xbox One Edition. I mostly have noticed it only affects pedestrian roads that are not within a pedestrian area.

In my case it is most definitely affecting pedestrian roads that are within pedestrian areas.

This issue is happening to all my small pedestrian roads, whether in ped zone or not, these small ped roads also now break Walking Tours. However, all the large pedestrian roads seem to be working fine for me!
