[PS4] Elementary school bug (Arc de Triomphe)

I have a city of 123,000 inhabitants, and when I checked how many children I had in elementary school via the Arc de Triomphe unique building, it said I had 0 out of 15,000, as compared to when I last checked when I had around 100,000 inhabitants and had around 8,000 out of 15,000 - this is clearly a bug, and quite a serious one for those trying to unlock all buildings to get the platinum trophy!

If you turn off the hadron collider they will go back to the normal schools.
