i had a major issue on PS4 with latest contents from Season Pass 2 installed:
in my biggest city, i switched the central districts to "european" style. immediately all the buildings desappeared, but i understand that was normal. The problem is that no building was raised after. Not in European Style, nor in classic style. zero.
Now my downtown has turned from high skyscrapers to a desert; this is ruining my game, because all industrial zones closed because of lack of personnel, and that's a downward spiral. I passed from 4.500.000 $ balance available, to - 2.000.000 $ in a bunch of minutes, and no RCI demand is there.
What's happening? i've been playing this city for months, i don't want it to be ruined because of bugs, when i paid 39€ for a DLC.
