[PS4] Mayor's edition, no Parklife

I've bought Mayor's edition for PS4. But Parklife and the country radio are missing.
Their icons are not showing up on the main screen, neither at the installed dlcs, not at the avaible for buy part.
I've already restored the licenses on the PS4, no difference.
Any suggestions?
