PS4 pedestrian areas landmark bug

Please help fix, the jobs count and sales figures froze at zero although the zones are employed and commercial zones yields profit (screenshots for version and Landmark), thanks.

This is my bad, sorry. I should have zoned separate pedestrian areas for workers, residents and commercial vendors. They cannot coexist in one area to unlock unique buildings. Sorry about that.
