PS5 Internal Server Error loading Multiplayer Board and extensive loading time

Description​

1) Long loading time of more than 1mins every single time clicking on "Online Multiplayer" for both Sessions tabs.
2) Internal Server Error appears after 1-2mins before the list of available games show up.

Steps to reproduce​

Just by clicking on "Online Multiplayer" at the main screen.

Hi Dragon1402, thanks for reaching out. The long load time is most likely related to the Crossplay setting, if you only play with players on PlayStation you can consider turning that off. That would improve the initial load time of the Multiplayer board. The second point usually means that a Time Out occurred while retrieving your sessions. This can be due to a high number of Sessions or slow/busy Internet Connection.

We are on PC and PS5 multiplayer. Our connection speed are excellent so it couldn't be due to my internet connection. Coupled with desync issues happening very frequently (Every other turn etc) and having to exit and rejoin to resolve the desync, it is getting very time consuming to play the multiplayer game. I hope to see better support on multiplayer gameplay. Thank you.

I've cleared all the active session and currently there is zero active session. However, it still takes about 1min to load.
