Summary​

PS5 Multiplayer game (Non stop crashing every turn and out of sync almost every turn)

Description​

1) Start a multiplayer game.
2) Game will go out of sync from as early as turn 5.
3) Game will crash most of time when it goes out of sync.
4) Game will crash most of time when game is reverted.
5) I have stable internet connection in Singapore with download speed of 900+Mbps and upload speed of 300+Mbps.
6) I have sent every single report after crashing , at least 100 of such reports sent till date

1) Start a multiplayer game.
2) Play a couple of turns.

Seeking assistance on the above.
All crash reports were submitted though PS5, at least 100+ of them so far.
I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.
Single player playing through at least 20+hours with zero crash.

Did you leave any specific comments on the crash report so we can locate it in the Sony Backend? Without that I'm afraid it's going to be looking for a needle in a haystack to retrieve your crash data.

Otherwise we need to see if we can reproduce the crash locally, so we'd need to know what the actual behavior is that crashes (or goes OoS).

Any good news of progress of resolving all these out of sync issues?
Why not provide an option for players to choose whether to host a privately stored game where saved game is stored remotely on host computer? This would resolve 99.9% of out of sync issues as they are mostly linked to slow or congested AOW4 server.
