After the latest update, Stellaris incorrectly reports as though no trophies have been earned.
In the Trophy List, it only shows the trophies for the Toxoids, First Contact, and Galactic Paragons DLC packs (see attached screenshot).
For some reason, these tropies have become detached from the all the other ones from the main game and previous DLCs.
