I loaded a pre-Gagarin save where I had Waste Rock Liquefaction and noticed that my colony was struggling with concrete production suddenly. Then I noticed my drones were no longer turning waste rock into concrete. Apparently there is a new Waste Rock Processor that is granted by the technology and drones no longer mine waste rock into concrete.
