hello, first of all I apologize for my deplorable English (the one of the translator I use to help me write these lines)

I wanted to update a mod with new functionality related to the new DLC (PC) that just came out on steam.
so I created a materials_dlc.txt file to make additions/modifications to the new content and a d11.txt file for texts related to my additions/modifications.

I have disabled the DLC to make sure that my additions/changes do not appear if the user was not in possession of this DLC, and the surprise my additions/changes are usable without the DLC being activated on steam

I may have forgotten something to limit the visibility of additions/modifications related to the DLC to the user who don't have it, so please let me know how to proceed and move this topic to the appropriate forum.

if not, it poses a problem of distributing data protected by a license to people who do not have that license.

the program does not seem to take into account the files xxxx_dlc.txt in main.dat if the user has not acquired or activated the DLC but on the other hand it uses the files xxxx_dlc.txt created for the modding in order to make mods compatible with the DLC without the user having or activating the DLC
