Now that there are new maps made, this has become an issue. If you put a new map in a moddir (say, MyMap) the PTI is that of the vanilla map, not the new map in the moddir.

download MyMap or Kasperus' map, put it into moddir and launch MyMAP GC or Fantasia => voila, it doesn't work. It would be great if this would get fixed as it's slightly annoying to have 3 EU2 folders on my HDD instead of 1 with moddir.
