The Unknown sleek vessels appear to be at the Rings around Saturn, using drones to gather mineral compositions from the Rings bringing it towards the largest of the unknown objects, dozens of the smaller vessels circle the perimeter contiously, working almost as a screen or a shield, any communication signals have stopped being broadcast, however it would appear some of the Drones have begun assembling what can be described as a Capsule near the larger vessel.

Well, I thought my request would fail, I was simply interested in why you turned to robotics.

We had also received alien radio-waves that had been originating on Saturn. Telescope Scanning shows that the ships have similar designs to some that had been spotted on a few other of our systems, for example Dawn and Alpha Centauri. We will also attempt a investigation on this anomaly, and let you study the planet afterwards.

On the note of a Embassy is something that we will accept. We have some coordinates for recommended sites for this new embassy, such as the locations of ancient cities like London, Moscow, Beijing, and Rio de Janerio. However, if you wish to set up the embassy near the Imperial and Senatorial Complex Capital Building, then the coordinates for the ISCCB is here, at the ancient city of Washington District Colombia.

The alien portrait you had sent us is recognized here, as we had recently discovered their own species aswell. Their adventurous tone is fascinating, but in reality should tone it down a bit in our prospective, as they might give a warm hug to someone that would rather shoot than use pen and paper.

We are fine with you bringing bacteria essential to your digestion,
and since we seem to have friendly relations with your nation now we would like to tell
you about an anomaly found by our scientists.

We found rather sad remains of two dominant species on a now barren
planet. these two species had thriving populations, one underwater, one on land. these two species eventually made contact,
but shortly after this, the underwater race launched nuclear weapons on the species on land.
they destroyed the land race, but in their own frenzy for genocide destroyed the planet too.

A science ship enters the sol System, and begins listening for transmissions sent by the star ship near Saturn.
After a number of time, they send a transmission.

"Hello! We just found your species and translated your language.
may we know your species name?"

The Drones around the Ship appears to act violently to the approaching vessel as communication silence remains. The Drones form almost a 'screen' to cover the ship in direction of the approaching vessel, whatever object they were construction appears to be moved into an opening on the ship for storage.

The Science Ship notices the aggressive response from the ship and seems to slowly back away
from the Construction Ship but still sends transmissions trying to make contact with the ship

"Hello? If we some how managed to anger you we are deeply sorry for that, but may we at least know who you are?.... "

A message is rekated towards in a wide variety of languages, most of them alien, like a constant stream of them, as the Drones maintain the 'screen' like formation towards the nearby vessel
