Hey CO I have a splendid idea for you. (Once you actually get CS 2 fully released that is.)

Create a public service DLC where you actually do research on how public services work in real life. Here is what it could include

Medical Overhaul:

- interfacility transfers from smaller clincs/hospital to larger hospitals with specialized units such as trauma. This could be done by ambulance or helicopter.
-Also, add some realism to the calls for service that medical helicopters go to. Ex: I work EMS, and would NEVER call for a helicopter in a large city. NEVER... Helicopters can't land on side walks as they do in-game.
-Severity of call: Add different types of calls (trauma / medical)
-Add patient criticalness. (Have patients be stable, or non-stable) Stable patients can be transported to closest appropriate facility. Non-stable would be transported to hospitals with specialized units such as trauma / medical. For super critical, they could be transported to nearest hospital, stabilized and then transported to nearest appropriate facility via point #1 on this list.
-Have separate hubs for ambulance spawn points. Not all hospitals / clinics should have hospitals. Allow for hubs that only spawn ambulances.
-Have ambulances transport to nearest, appropriate facility.

Fire Overhaul:
-Add realism back to how fire trucks are spawns. In real life, multiple fire trucks are typically dispatched to a house fire. As they would be in CS 1. (you took a step back on this one)
-Add ability to add fire department based medical first responders. (These specialized units first respond to medical calls and starts lifesaving care before the ambulance arrives.)

Police:
-Have police respond with high critical calls along with fire based medical first responders (if available) and ambulance.

Taxi Overhaul:
-Let player disable outside taxi's.

Maybe overhaul busses too.
Make passengers leave the bus two by two from each door (excluding front door)

Add the types of busses below:
-coach bus
-articulated (+electric version)
-double decker (+electric version)

Let us "buy" busses for our bus depots. Like, if my depot has 80 empty space, o could fill it with 40 articulated and 40 solo bus, or 50 solo, 20 double decker and 10 coach bus.
Each type of bus would have different advantages/disadvantages.

Articulated:
Pros:
- %50 more capacity compared to solo
- Has slightly more comfort compared to solo, due to more available seats and more space, meaning you can distance yourself from others better. (Think of 40 people in a solo bus and an articulated bus)
- extra door

Cons:
- more expensive compared to solo
- Requires more skill to use, meaning higher wages for the driver
- consump more fuel compared to solo busses
- occupy more space in traffic

Coach bus:
Pros:
- highest comfort level among all types of busses, taxis even.(they feel like limousines compared to city busses)

Cons:
- VERY expensive
- lesser capacity compared to solo busses
- consumps more fuel compared to solo busses.
- only one or two thin door which can only one passenger pass at a time.
- might require an assistant, which means more money spent on employees

Double decker:
Pros:
- Slightly more comfort level comlares to solo, increased due to more available seats but set aback by having to climb stairs in a moving vehicle.
- impart attractiveness to the city, due to their upper deck being good for scenery (tourists love it)
- higher capacity per occupied space on road

Cons:
- consumps more fuel
- more expensive compared to solo
- usually two doors, meaning less people leaving the bus at a guven time compared to solos.

i really want the complex trash handling that was in CS1. not sure if it was the base game or an add-on, but the big trash power plant didn't have its own trucks, it collected from smaller trash collection facilities that had much less pollution and noise.

it would make using the big incinerator plants a lot easier.

or tie in the recycling centers to act as those collection centers and pass on anything they cant process to the bigger plants or dumps.
