NoDescription
Playing as Germany, I annexed the Dutch East Indies in 1937 and set them up as a puppet. In 1941, while reviewing my armies, I noticed the Dutch East Indies puppet defense army was missing. Upon investigation, I discovered that the puppet had freed itself without any notification or popup. They are now an independent country with no faction affiliation, even though I have a negative autonomy "master" tick, which should ensure integration, not liberation. Additionally:They were not participating in my ongoing war.
Despite being independent, I still receive all their resources for free through trade, which seems inconsistent with mechanics.
Steps to Reproduce
Play as Germany in 1936.Annex the Dutch East Indies and set them as a puppet in 1937.
Continue gameplay until 1941, monitoring puppet status and autonomy progress.
Check puppet autonomy and status – observe if they free themselves contrary to mechanics.
