Steps to Reproduce​

1. Go down Austrian Monarchist path to 'Subjugate the Lands of Old'
2. Do Non-Agression Agreement decision with Poland
3. Do Military Exercise decision with Poland
4. Do Industrial Bribe decision with Poland
5. Demand Polish submission
6. Wait for the 24th hour of the day after Poland has become your puppet
