Purchased DLC not available

I purchased Industries and some other DLC’s on my XBOX ONE But now, on my new XBOX ONE it is not available. How do I get it back
Also on the MENU screen, the NEWS FEED and DLC widgets are not accessible

It's up to Xbox to get items from your Xbox account onto your Xbox console, we are not involved in that process.

Do they show in your Xbox account online?

If so is there a Download to Install option there?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the affected DLC's but WITHOUT uninstalling the base game. I often have the same issue with new installs and this is always the solution.

For whatever reason, there are only a limited number of DLC available on the Cities Home Screen, but none of the News Feed or DLC options buttons are functioning.
I suppose XBOX is not supporting Cities now.

I am certain that is not the case. I think your problem is elsewhere; either in your Xbox, Xbox account, or perhaps they are having some server glitch.
