Right, so I'm looking to create an all new mod team for an all new mod. We'll be using the Europa Engine, obviously, to make a "Modern Conflict Scenario & Mod" set in the Caucasus.
The Team:
Well, at the moment its only me unfortuneately. But I'm hoping to fix this by posting here this evening. I'm looking for people that are really at home with the Europa Engine since I'm quite new with it, especially Arsenal of Democracy. Other than that, I need people that can easily edit or indeed make new units, nations, tech trees/teams ect... That also means folk that can make new maps with provinces.
At a later stage, I will be looking for people that can contribute towards audio (music, ambient & other effects), but I'm aiming to get cracking with the visual side first.
And my role? Well, I'm going to fullfil a creative role, I'll be looking at UI, unit and level design and directing the overall look and feel of the project.
The Scenario:
In it's simplest form, the story revolves around the ongoing troubles in the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Armenia/Azerbaijan in the Caucasus. The conflict will be broadend and extended in somewhat of an alternative history, so that both sides are backed by a super-power.
Armenia will be closely allied with Russia and other CSTO nations, which will provide financial, trade and military help. On the other side, NATO (most notably the United States, the United Kingdom and France) will be lending a hand to Azerbaijan.
Other regional powers (such as Turkey, Iran, Georgia, Greece) will have quite a complex and mostly neutral role in the conflict. For example, Georgia, a former CSTO nation; suffers from poor Georgian-Russian relations and has many internal issues (South Ossetia, Abkhazia & Ajaria), not forgetting that Georgia is also relatively pro-NATO.
So if anyone has any questions, suggestions or wishes to express intrest; feel free to PM me or just leave something below. I do realise this is only a brief outline, but I didn't want to fully commit my ideas if no one is intrested in them.

Lastly, I'm looking for someone who has extensive modern military knowledge or even someone who's very experienced in the HoI/Europa series; I need to start figuring out realistic troop figures, IC and other such values that will be vital to initiating the project. So if anyone has any questions, suggestions or wishes to express intrest; feel free to PM me or just leave something below.
